Yann Rousset
CEO
Over 10 years ago, he founded Pilotage Private Wealth, today he is also co-founder of Pilotage Private Office. As CEO, his role drives the strategy and leadership of the Pilotage with a focus and experience in wealth, asset and capital management. His career of over 15 years began in large US and Swiss banks both in the United States and in Europe before founding Pilotage in 2009. A passionate entrepreneur with corporate discipline, Yann has managed and advised cross border clients including family offices, private clients, financial & corporate institutions and fiduciary organizations. Known for his intense approach to his interests, he is a lifelong skier, sailor and mountaineer.
Steffen Mack
CIO
Steffen has been involved with financial markets for all of his professional life. After getting a master's degree in economics, he started out in October 1987 as a financial analyst at UBS. Subsequent roles were mainly in portfolio management, among others Head of Equities at Lombard Odier and Head of Portfolio Management at Rothschild Bank. Steffen has served on investment committees in various organizations and has extensive experience in both asset allocation and risk management.
Arba Kasapi

Arba has led the client services and operations team at PILOTAGE since 2011. The application of her knowledge and experience to unique client needs results in consistent, accurate and timely outcomes for every client. Her multi-cultured background and ability to listed and understand makes her highly sensitive to client's needs. She is task oriented and brings attention to details. Arba is also involved in administering client onboarding and ensuring that these clients continue to remain compliant within their regulatory framework. Prior to joining PILOTAGE, she was with Clientis BS Bank Schaffhausen AG servicing both individual and business clients. Arba holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences in Zurich and has successfully completed the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management, qualifying her as a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP).
Claudia Rutishauser

Claudia has more than 20 years of experience in Swiss and International Private Banking having worked with various banks in Zurich such as Bank Hofmann AG, Bank Vontobel AG, Rothschild Bank AG and Reyl Overseas AG. Through her work as relationship manager she gained experience in managing private clients with a holistic approach including wealth planning. Claudia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and successfully completed the Executive Program of the Swiss Finance Institute and speaks German, English, French and conversational Italian.
Gregory Dean
Tax Partner
Greg is a US attorney who draws on his international background in advising private clients, family offices, financial institutions and fiduciary companies on planning and tax matters. His experience includes planning for foreign individuals investing in the United States and for US persons living and investing outside the United States. He also regularly works with trustees and company directors to ensure effective management of family and business structures and in establishing estate and dynasty plans. Greg also has in depth experience assisting US taxpayers with all aspects of voluntary disclosures and tax examinations with the IRS.
